A Bicycle Fleshed in Power!

Bemor187's leisure lifestyle build blog. Shit that moves me!

PUCH MAXI, a set on Flickr.
Kickass Stealth Ninja Moped. Well this little thing was to be built for polini cup, but I didn’t finish it until recently. This is again because I had to many other projects and no money. Yaheard. Plus I kind of lost interest in the puch all together, its second best to my RATPUG103(nothing quite compares to variated bikes). But that didnt stop me from sinking a 100+ hours into it. For real did I really do that? How it all started.  I got a free frame and case from Colby(That dude Rules), It had been chopped pretty serious, had no exhaust mount, and a rusty tank. First order of business was to reinforce the frame with the least amount of weight added, Search all you want, but nothing looks cooler and weighs less then a stock Puch exhaust, and we all have them laying around. Grind Grind Zip Zap Grind. NahMean. At this point I had already built a seat mount for a polini pocket bike seat. So with it in place I made a few more cuts on the rear fender to create some new lines, and give me some room for tail lights and then I closed up all the rear end where it had been chopped just behind the shock mounts. Without this area being closed up you will lose rigidity, so I took care of it. Exhaust mount came later, but thats the Frame. This dual headlight has since been removed for another bike. The motor was built to the specs of the puch polini class. The fucker goes. Not the fastest but she gets up.
Puch Polini Kit

4 petal Reed Block Malossi
21 Del Race Carb
Proma Circuit Pipe
Lightened Reinforced clutch with Orange Springs
